I review your current ops, website, and lead flow. No cost, no commitment. The call takes 30 minutes. I do the research and send a written report within 48 hours.
I map the highest-impact, lowest-effort wins first. Most clients walk away with a ranked list of three to five moves, each with a rough cost and timeline, before I touch anything.
I build, test, and launch your automations and systems. Most pilots go live within 2 to 4 weeks.
I monitor and improve what I build. You get a short monthly summary of what ran, what improved, and what's next, as your systems scale with you.

Is Apleo just one person?
Yes. I run this on the same automation and AI systems I build for clients, which is how one person carries the workload. If you want evidence the systems work, you are looking at it.
Do you work outside Fargo-Moorhead?
Fargo-Moorhead is home and most of my clients are here, but I take remote work too. I have built for a client in the Twin Cities and expanded an existing client into Grand Forks and Devils Lake. Local is a preference, not a requirement.
What happens on the free audit?
A 30-minute call where I look at your current visibility, website, and lead flow, then a written report within 48 hours with a ranked list of what I would fix first. No cost and no commitment. You keep the report whether you hire me or not.
How do you charge?
A setup fee to build the thing, then a monthly rate to run and improve it. Setup usually falls between $2,000 and $3,200 and monthly between $500 and $850, depending on scope. Standalone websites start around $1,000.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
The initial commitment is 90 days, which is about how long it takes for local SEO work to show real movement. After that it moves to a lower ongoing rate and you can stop whenever you want.
What if it doesn't work?
You will know quickly, because the reporting shows where you actually rank every fifteen days instead of at the end of a quarter. I would rather have an uncomfortable conversation on day 45 than an unhappy client on day 90.
