Lead Response · Automation
THE FIRST ONE
TO RESPOND WINS.
Every lead gets an instant response, even when you’re on a job, after hours, or unavailable.

The Problem
You worked hard to get the phone to ring. Then you were on a roof, under a sink, or in a meeting. You missed the call. By the time you called back, they’d already hired someone else. The job wasn’t lost because of your price or your quality. It was lost because you were slow.
FIRST TO RESPOND. FIRST TO GET PAID.
Research published in Harvard Business Review found that firms contacting a lead within an hour were nearly seven times more likely to have a meaningful conversation with a decision-maker than those who waited just one hour longer, and more than sixty times more likely than those who waited a day. That window isn’t something you can manage by hand when you’re running a crew, quoting jobs, and trying to keep customers happy at the same time.
Manual follow-up doesn’t scale. When you’re busy, leads fall through the cracks. When you’re slow, you have time to chase them but not enough coming in. You need a system that works the same no matter what your day looks like.
The Work
WHAT I DO
I build an automated system that texts or emails every new lead within 60 seconds, day or night, whether you're on a job, in a meeting, or off the clock. The first response is the most important one.
I set up a 7-to-14 day follow-up sequence that nurtures leads who don't book immediately. Most jobs are won on the second or third touchpoint. This one runs without you.
I connect your lead sources (Google, website forms, Facebook, referral tools) into a single dashboard so nothing falls through the cracks and you always know where every lead stands.
Hot leads get flagged and routed to you directly. I configure urgency triggers so the right person gets notified at the right time. No more digging through emails to find who came in.

Questions · Lead Response
COMMON QUESTIONS
What is lead response automation, exactly?
A system that answers every new inquiry within about 60 seconds, automatically, then keeps following up for a week or two if they don't book. When someone fills out your form at nine at night, they get a real response before they move on to the next name on their list.
Do I need a CRM already?
No. If you have one, I build on it. If you don't, setting one up is part of the work. Most of the businesses I meet are running on some mix of email, texts, and memory, and that is a normal starting point.
What happens when someone replies?
It routes to you. The automation handles the first touch and the follow-up sequence. The actual conversation is still yours. Leads that look urgent get flagged so you know which ones to call back first.
Will this work with my current site and phone number?
In most cases, yes. The system connects to the forms you already have, and texts come from a number tied to your business. You do not have to rebuild your website or change your number for this to work.
How much does lead response automation cost?
Setup typically runs $2,000 to $3,200 depending on how many lead sources need connecting, then $500 to $850 a month for monitoring, adjustments, and reporting. The initial commitment is 90 days.
Won't an automated text feel impersonal?
It is more personal than silence. The messages are written in your voice, and their job is to acknowledge the person and buy you time, not to close the deal. Most owners worried about this are comparing automation to a perfect immediate personal reply. The honest comparison is a callback the next afternoon.
