YOUR WEBSITE SHOULD
DO THE WORK.
Most business websites look fine and do nothing. Yours will be connected, automated, and built to convert from day one.
The Problem
Most small business websites look fine. They have a logo, a phone number, and a contact form. But when someone fills out that form at 9pm on a Tuesday, nothing happens. No response until someone checks their email the next morning. By then, they’ve already hired someone else.
A PRETTY WEBSITE THAT DOES NOTHING IS AN EXPENSIVE BUSINESS CARD.
The problem isn’t the design. It’s that the site isn’t connected to anything. No automatic response. No follow-up. No way to know where your leads are coming from or what happened to them. You paid for a website. You didn’t get a system.
The Work
WHAT I DO
Before a single page gets designed, I spend an hour on your background, how you actually work, and why you do this at all. Most of what makes a site sound like you comes out of that conversation, not out of a design brief. It is the part no template can reproduce, and it is why clients tell me the finished site sounds like them rather than like a website.
I build or rebuild your site with one goal: turning visitors into leads. Clear calls to action, fast load times, and a structure Google actually rewards.
Every form fill and inquiry triggers an automatic text and email response within 60 seconds. Day or night, whether you’re on a job or off the clock.
I wire a 7 to 14 day follow-up sequence directly to your site. Leads who don’t book right away get nurtured automatically until they’re ready.
Every lead is tracked. You get a single dashboard showing who came in, when, what happened, and what’s next. Nothing falls through the cracks.

I START WITH AN HOUR-LONG INTERVIEW.
That conversation became the site: his background, his interests, why he does the work at all. Not a template with his name dropped in. He called the result magical. Then his wife read it and teared up.

COMMON QUESTIONS
How much does a website cost?
A standalone site starts around $1,000. Builds that include the lead response automation and follow-up sequence run higher, since that is a system rather than a set of pages. The audit gives you a real number before you commit to anything.
How long does a build take?
Days to a few weeks for most builds, not months. Longer if you need a lot of original content or photography. The interview happens first, and once I have that, most of the work is assembly rather than invention.
Do I own the website when it's done?
Yes. You own the site, the domain, and the content. No exceptions and nothing held hostage. If you ever decide to leave, you leave with all of it.
Can I edit it myself?
Yes. You will be set up to make the normal changes yourself: text, photos, hours, service descriptions. Structural changes are where I am actually useful.
What happens if I stop working with you?
You keep the site and everything wired into it, and I hand over the accounts and documentation. I would rather you leave cleanly and speak well of me than feel stuck.
Do you handle hosting and domains?
I can, or you can keep them where they are. If I host, it is still your domain and your site, and you can move it whenever you want.
