What kinds of tasks can actually be automated?
Anything repetitive with a predictable trigger: scheduling and reminders, invoice follow-up, job completion notices, review requests, recurring reports, moving data between two systems, employee checklists. If you do it roughly the same way every week, it is a candidate.
How long before the first automation is live?
Usually about 30 days from the audit. I build the three to five highest-return automations first rather than trying to systematize everything at once, so you start getting time back while the rest is still being scoped.
Do I need to be technical to use this?
No, and that is the point. Everything is documented in plain language and most of it runs without anyone touching it. If a system needs you to understand it in order to work, I built it wrong.
What tools do you build on?
Make.com for most workflow automation, plus whatever your business already runs on. I would rather connect the tools you are already paying for than migrate you onto something new. The exception is when the existing tool is the actual problem.
What if my team doesn't adopt it?
Then it failed, and that is a design problem rather than a training problem. If a system adds steps to someone's day, people route around it. I build for the way your team actually works and document it so nobody has to remember.
How much does process automation cost?
Setup runs $2,000 to $3,200 depending on how many processes are in scope, then $500 to $850 a month to monitor, adjust, and keep building. The initial commitment is 90 days. The free audit tells you what is worth automating before you spend anything.
